El proyecto JOB EMOTIONS CLUB tiene como objetivo mejorar la empleabilidad de los adultos desempleados que buscan reinsertarse en el mercado laboral mediante el desarrollo de una metodología que les permita participar activamente en un club de empleo donde puedan adquirir habilidades en redes sociales vinculadas a la inteligencia emocional, contribuyendo a mejorar aún más sus oportunidades de empleo.
